What are your return and exchange policy?
At Bella by Tina Foy, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a store credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise issue contacts via (E-mail, Text, or Phone) that are made within 14 days of your purchase date.
Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.
Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
Reviewing your order in the Shopping Bag carefully prior to checkout is highly recommended. Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted. If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier's tracking page once shipped. Please note: reroute options are only available online and are not available by calling the shipping company directly.

When will my order arrive?
*All rush orders must be received by 10:00 am EST for same business day shipping. This service does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO. Rush delivery is normally sent through UPS, depending on location.
